You no longer have to process return fees manually. Connect your return portal to leading payment provider Mollie, and allow customers to cover the return fees.
⚙️ How to set it up?
- Add a return fee in the return portal settings
- Connect your Mollie account to Sendcloud
- Click the switch to enable paid returns
💡Tip! Charge different return fees based on the country, using return rules.
