In Exact there are 2 fields for Email addresses in each client id, but Sendcloud only searches for an Email addres in the "information" category. If an Email address is only present in the "contact person" category it will not be used. It would be better if there was a check to see if the "information" category has no email, it needs to search for it in the "contact person" category. Not all integration partners add the email in both locations, so Sendcloud can fix it easily this way.
