What’s new?
You can now add an optional PO Number to your invoices. There’s a new PO Number field on the Addresses page under Invoice > Business Details. If you fill it in, the PO Number appears on your invoices; if you leave it empty, your invoices stay the same as before.

Why it matters
You can match invoices to the right internal order or budget more easily when your finance team requires a PO Number. This reduces manual work when processing invoices in your accounting workflow.

  1. Go to Addresses.
  2. Open Invoice > Business Details.
  3. Enter your PO Number (you can edit it anytime).
