What’s new?
You can now build your tracking page by turning individual modules on or off, instead of choosing from fixed layouts. Each module can be styled, with a preview shown next to the settings.
A new
Actions
module adds links on the tracking page to your return portal, the carrier’s tracking page (so shoppers can change the delivery moment when available), and your own support page. The carrier link is enabled by default on newly created tracking pages.💡
Why it matters
You can tailor your tracking page to match what your shoppers need, without being limited to preset themes. This makes it easier to add the right information and links to reduce support questions and guide shoppers to the next step.
