📬 What's new?
The Ecwid integration now imports the Post Number (also known as a PO Box number with some carriers) for out-of-home deliveries. When a buyer selects a pickup point that requires a Post Number, it's captured in the service point picker and passed through to Sendcloud as
to_post_number
.
💡 Why it matters
Certain carriers, such as DHL for Packstation deliveries, require a Post Number to deliver to an out-of-home location. Without it, label creation for these orders would fail. Ecwid merchants can now fulfill these orders without running into this error.
ℹ️ Good to know
This applies specifically to the Ecwid integration. No merchant configuration is needed - the Post Number field now appears automatically in the service point picker when required.
