What’s new?
When you enter parcel dimensions, you can now get an estimate of the DPD Non-Standard Packaging (NSP) surcharge. This applies when any of the following is true:
  • the length is over 130 cm
  • the diagonal is over 130 cm
  • the weight is over 20 kg
You'll see which NSP category (A, B, C, D) you fall into and the estimated surcharge amount. (Note: this covers dimension- and weight-based NSP triggers only - surcharges for irregular shape or manual handling can't be predicted from dimensions alone.)
💡
Why it matters
You can spot potential NSP surcharges before you ship, so you avoid surprises later on your carrier invoice.
🚀
How to use it
  1. Enter your parcel dimensions (and weight) when creating or editing a shipment.
  2. Check the price breakdown to see the NSP category and estimated surcharge.
