You can now add custom notes to your shipping labels via API v3!
Whether it’s delivery instructions for the driver (“leave at the back door”), a short message to your customer, or internal notes like SKUs to speed up picking and packing - you can now include that info directly on the label.

Adding notes to your labels means:
  • Fewer delivery issues
    - Couriers can see important instructions like “leave with neighbor” or “call on arrival,” helping reduce avoidable returns.
  • Smoother warehouse operations
    - Add SKUs, order notes, or packing tips to speed up picking and reduce mistakes.
Whether it's cutting down on failed deliveries or helping your team move faster, a little note goes a long way.

How to use it
When creating a shipment via the Shipments API v3, just include your note in the label_notes field.
