for a lot of Sendcloud users. Now, they're finally here! 🎉
🚀 How to handle international returns
Right now, international returns are only possible via the manual return form. If your customer requests an international return, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Go to the Returns Tab
  2. Select "New Return"
  3. Fill out the form as usual, including your customer's international address
  4. In the Return detail page, click "Action" to download a custom declaration for your desired return
⚠️ Important
International returns only work if you have a FedEx direct contract (for now 🤞).
